Characteristics of the School
1.Improve Japanese language proficiency required by a university, a graduate school, and a collage in a school term system
Our school teaches an accurate Japanese language used for life. We will have students pass the first level of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) and gain over 350 points on Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU). The two certificates of JLPT and EJU are very useful for you to work internationally. Our school conducts practical Japanese language education. There are four periodic examinations in a year and a class level for each student is determined based on the results of the examination. Indeed, students can learn at a level fit for their proficiency level.
2.Supporting students by one instructor charged with a class
One instructor is charged of a class. In addition, the size of class is small. Thus, we support students from entrance to graduation including instruction for advancing on higher education level. Our staffs neatly handle various problems occurred to you during stay in Japan as your family. We also provide information about part-time jobs if you would like. 3.Elective classes suitable for advancing on a school of higher education level
We teach English and Mathematics I/II required when advancing on or during study at a school of higher education level in addition to support in studies of the Japanese language. We also offer supplemental classes during a long vacation like a summer vacation to enhance studentfs understanding.
4.Scholarship and reduction of tuition
Our institution is approved by the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education. Therefore, the Ministry of Education supplies with scholarships to the school. We also have our own system of a tuition reduction up to 20 % for students who perform and behave well or pay for tuition early.
5.Environment to study
Our school is within a distance of 30-min by train and in the academic area where more than 30 universities. This Japanese school was founded to have students advance on a school of higher education level. Therefore, the school was built in the area. We teach Japanese language holding periodic outside activities and orientation with universities, collages to motivate students to study. A dormitory is also ready to move in. Nishi Tokyo Kokusai Kyoiku Gakuin which is one of small number of schools who gain admission to some universities and colleges for recommended students. After entrance to our school, students those who perform and behave well can receive a recommendation for admission to the schools of higher education level. The students receiving the recommendation can wave an entrance exam, admission fee, and entrance fee and also reduce tuition.
